5. Paid Plans and Billing

5.2 Payment
All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
5.3 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused days.
6. Accuracy and Disclaimers
6.1 Data Accuracy
We strive to provide up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee that all opportunity listings are complete, accurate, or current. You acknowledge that any data retrieved from Bidscope may be incorrect or outdated, and you assume all risk arising from use of such data.
6.2 No Proposal Submission
Bidscope does not review, submit, or otherwise handle proposal materials on your behalf. You are solely responsible for preparing and submitting any responses to agency solicitations.
6.3 Referral Services
Where you request help via our “Referral” feature, we will connect you with third-party partners. Bidscope is not responsible for any interactions or transactions that follow; any agreement you enter into with a referral partner is solely between you and that partner.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks on Bidscope are owned by Bidscope or its licensors. You may use the site only as permitted by these Terms; you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
